Jewish Team in the Oakland County area:
Full Time RN, Case Manager
RN applicants must possess a current MI license and a minimum of 1-year nursing
experience is required.
Full Time Home Health Aide
Applicants must possess nursing assistant certification (CNA), a high school diploma or GED
and a minimum of 1-2 years experience, as a HHA or Nurse Aide is preferred. Home care
experience also preferred.
Full Time Social Worker, LMSW
MSW applicants must possess a current MI license, LMSW, and a minimum of 2 yrs. social
work exp. in a recognized agency or health care organization. Prior hospice/home
care experience is preferred.
