He is the son of Debbie Cohen and the brother of Michael. Evan is the grandson of the late Lawrence Wizel and the late Molly Wizel. He is the great-grandson of Sarah Galer and the late Morris Galer. Evan is a student at Hillel Day School of Metropolitan Detroit in Farmington Hills. His mitzvah proj- ects included volunteering at West Bloomfield-based Friendship Circle.
