Klezmer music superstar Daniel Kahn will be in from Europe with his all- star band.
Come enjoy the radical Yiddish sound of this native son of Temple Israel who is
thrilling audiences of thousands around the world. The Painted Bird's "Yiddish
Punk Cabaret" concocts a mixture of Klezmer, radical Yiddish song, political
cabaret and punk folk, kept together by Kahn's amazing abilities as a songwriter,
translator and performer. Admission is free, all are welcome.
