Old Cell Phones Wanted
The three locations of 1-800-Mini-
Storage has collected more than 700
cell phones to provide funds for pre-
paid calling cards for U.S. soldiers.
The company partnered with Cell
Phones for Soldiers, which sends
about 7,200 one-hour phone cards a
week abroad. The cell phones collect-
ed by 1-800-Mini-Storage represent
42,000 minutes of talk time.
The company plans to continue its
efforts, said managing partner Eugene
