We think nothing of driving
half an hour to a good restaurant,
but we'll settle for a hospital
that's right around the corner.
As long as your health insurance allows you to go
anywhere, maybe you shouldn't confine yourself to
the neighborhood.
Because this isn't dinner, this is your life.
Year after year, the people of Southeast Michigan have
rated Beaumont as their most preferred hospital. Most
preferred for surgery and for overall quality of care.

Some people mistakenly believe that great care has to be expensive.
They haven't been to Farmington Hills Inn.
Many of you are aware of our high-quality assisted living community,
but did you also know that we offer a special, secured environment
for those with Alzheimer's, dementia, and other memory disorders?
Our newly-renovated "Reflections Unit" offers a warm, comfortable,
manageable setting. Its design encourages group participation and
interaction, while offering residents the opportunity to move about
independently, all while under the 24/7 watchful eyes of our
Alzheimer-trained staff.
We don't offer chandeliers and gold-plated flatware, we offer dignified,
compassionate care, by nurse-trained staff in a warm, comfortable,
friendly environment.
We invite you to come in and see our "Reflections Unit" and all that it
has to offer.
No surprises, just great care in a home-like setting.

Seth Gorback's pitching
and the team's defense were
essential elements of Pisgah
II's success. In 16 of its 20
victories, Pisgah II held oppo-
nents to single digits.
The other Pisgah II play-
ers were Loren Blumberg,
Justin Columbus, Mike
Feld, Jared Gorback, Mike
Horwitz, Bruce Kaye, Keith
Lewiston, Ron Silberstein,
Marc Steingold and Jeff
Weberman.
Pisgah II scored six runs in
the first inning of the champi-
onship game, but Zeiger coun-
tered with seven in the third
and took a 14-9 lead into the
bottom of the seventh.
The first Pisgah II batter
flied out, then six straight
hitters reached base, cutting
the lead to 14-13. Blumberg's
sacrifice fly tied the game, and
Weiss' sharp single to right
field won it.
Eisenberg and Weiss each
had four hits, and Lewiston
and Weberman each had
three hits for Pisgah II. Todd
Kaluzny and Larry Buckfire
each went 4-for-4 for Zeiger,
and Al Mudryk had three hits.
Kaluzny blasted two fence-
clearing home runs.
