A lifelong Chicago resident, Ann was a Democratic precinct captain, active in ORT and the Open Hearts Club and was a 60-year-plus mem- ber of Temple Beth-El of Chicago and Northbrook, Ill. She managed a rooming house, was a partner in Oakley Pharmacy, worked at Chicago Musical Instrument Co. and Saks and retired from Cook County Courts at age 90. Ann was the wife of the late Sol Irving Millis and Max Klein; dear mother of Kenneth B. Millis, Dr. Richard M. "Rick" Millis; grand- mother of Seth and David Millis, Ian Millis; great-grandmother of Grace Lynn and Alexander Benjamin Millis; fond sister of Jean Raznick- Karistenfeld of Detroit and Pompano Beach, Fla., and Esther Kosova of Detroit.
