"Detroit Our Greatest Generation" is a special holiday WDIV
documentary that profiles the impact that our
fathers, mothers, and grandparents had on the war effort
during World War II.
On September 16, we invite you to come to the game and
experience the presence of hundreds, possibly thousands, of
WWII veterans and a wide range of specially planned
activities. If you have a WWII veteran in the family this would
be the night to bring him or her to Comerica Park.
The Detroit Tigers have dedicated their pre-game ceremonies
to salute Michigan's Greatest Generation and at the same
time allow you to help support the making of the film. $2 of
the convenience fee will be donated to help support this film
