LITTLE BUBBIE'S LOKSHEN KUGEL

8-oz. bag of wide noodles
3 eggs
3/4 cup sour cream
3/4 cup cottage cheese
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 Tbsp. Boursin garlic and
herb cheese
Butter or margarine

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Coat a
9x9-inch pan with cooking spray.
Cook noodles in a pot until tender.
Combine remaining ingredients into
pot with cooked noodles. Mix well, and
pour into pan. Scatter slices of butter
around the top of the kugel. Bake at 375
degrees for 45 minutes; top should be
golden brown. Serves 10-12.

seasoning salt
Fresh crack pepper
to taste
