announce the engagement of their
daughter Amy to Scott Liefer, son of Nancy
and Dennis Liefer of Farmington Hills.
Amy received a bachelor of science degree
from Purdue University, West Lafayette, Ind.,
in early childhood education and interven-
tion and a master's degree from Oakland
University in Rochester in reading and lan-
guage arts. She is employed as a kindergar-
ten teacher in the Royal Oak School District.
Scott graduated from Michigan State
University in East Lansing with a degree in
accounting and is working at Thomson Reuters in Ann Arbor as a Web admin-
istrator.
Amy and Scott are planning a September wedding in Hilton Head, S. C.

ana Epstein and Steven Collett
were recently married at
Bay Pointe Golf Club in West
Bloomfield. Rabbi Arnie Sleutelberg of
Congregation Shir Tikyah in Troy officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Dr. Robert and
Janet Epstein of West Bloomfield. The groom
is the son of James and Sherry Collett from
Chesapeake, Va.
Natalie Ketchel, friend of the bride.
was maid of honor. Bridesmaids included
Lauren Epstein, the bride's cousin; Meredith
Hathaway, Kimmy Kovacs and Yvonne
Pickering, friends of the bride.
Jamie Collett, brother of the groom, was
the best man. Groomsmen were Jeff Epstein, brother of the bride; James Yount,
Brian Anderson and Jordan Kloppel, friends of the groom. The flower girl and
the ring bearer were Leia and Nathan Frankel, children of Laurie Frankel.
Dana and Steven were honored to have their grandmothers Frances Green
and Barhara Collett participate in their wedding. Dorie and Marshall Wallace
were honorary grandparents and signed the ketubah. The newlyweds live in
Clarksville, Tenn.
Dana is a fifth-grade teacher and Steven is in the Army.
