He was a veteran of World War II, serving in India and Burma. He is survived by his devoted children, Stanley Horowitz, Joyce Lederman and Gail Offenhartz; daughter-in-law, Barbara Horowitz; sons-in-law, Howard Lederman and Marc Offenhartz; loving grandchil- dren, Philip and his wife Dorothy, Michael and Sarah Horowitz, Joseph and his wife, Vida, Miriam and David Lederman, Joshua and Benjamin Offenhartz; great-grandchildren, Moshe and Malka Lederman, Julia Horowitz; siblings, Jack Horowitz, Saul Horowitz and Passie Schulman; many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. KRAMER, 68, former Detroiter of Delray Beach, Fla., died June 3, 2009. He was a retired steel broker before moving to Florida and will always be remembered for his sense of humor and gentle ways.
