Lee-Koenigsberg

auren and Alan Koenigsberg of
West Bloomfield are delighted to
announce the engagement of their
daughter Melissa Beth to William Soobin
Lee, son of Drs. Hee Hyoun and Chul Jai Lee
of Potomac, Md.
Melissa received a bachelor of arts degree
from the University of Michigan in Ann
Arbor and is now the chief of staff for the
assistant secretary of the U.S. Department of
the Interior for Fish and Wildlife and Parks
in Washington, D.C.
William received bachelor of arts and
master's of business administration degrees
from Harvard University in Cambridge, Mass. He is the vice president of project
finance and corporate development for Sun Edison LLC.
An August wedding is planned at the Henry Ford Museum in Dearborn.

Wagner-Greenbaum

heri Lynn Wagner and Steven
Mark Greenbaum were recently
married at Congregation Shaarey
Zedek in Southfield. Rabbis Irwin Groner,
Joseph Krakoff, Eric Yanoff and Cantor Meir
Finkelstein of Shaarey Zedek officiated along
with Rabbi Elliot Cosgrove of Park Avenue
Synagogue, New York.
Sheri is the daughter of Dottie and Donald
Wagner of West Bloomfield. Steve is the son
of Rachel and Neil Greenbaum of Glencoe,
Ill.
Amy Wagner Biloon, sister of the bride,
was matron of honor. Bridesmaids included
Lisa Applebaum, sister of the groom; Leah Weiss, cousin of the bride; and Kari
Alterman, Renee Erlich, Beth Raz, Michele Saulson and Amy Schlussel, all friends
of the bride. The flower girl was Alyson Tedi Biloon, niece of the bride.
Robert and David Greenbaum, brothers of the groom, served as co-best men.
Groomsmen included Paul Applebaum, brother-in-law of the groom; Jeremy
Biloon, brother-in-law of the bride; David Margolin and Howard Solomon,
friends of the groom. Junior groomsmen were Levi, Caleb and Malachi
Applebaum, nephews of the groom.
Sheri and Steve honeymooned in Hawaii and reside in Chicago.

aula and Norman Miller of Farmington Hills are delighted to announce
the engagement of their daughter Deborah Jo Safran to George Leonard
Rooney, son of Mrs. Diane Wanser of Anderson, S. C., and the late
Howard (Mickey) Rooney.
Debbie is employed by Macro International, a market research company in
Burlington, Vt., and is also a certified yoga instructor.
George is a para-educator with the South Burlington, Vt., school system.
A July wedding in Vermont, where the couple reside, is being planned.
