projects in Detroit, with the aim

from across the denominational
spectrum.
Two leadership retreats, learn-
ing sessions over the Internet
and mentored project work help
the rabbis practice leadership
and change management within
their congregation.
The program places special
emphasis on building partner-
ship with lay leadership.
