Health Care Crisis...

• A referral network of health care practitioners and institutions who

partner with Jewish Family Service to provide pro-bono care to

medically uninsured Jewish adults ages 19-64.

• Our physicians have provided compassionate care and over $1 .5 million
of donated services to over 1200 Project Chessed clients

JFS gratefully acknowledges the charitable contributions of our partner institutions who
have donated over $10 million in care to Project Chessed clients.
