He will discuss his experience at the Durban Review Conference in Geneva. Durban II was the follow up to the 2001 U.N.-sponsored World Conference Against Racism, Racial Discrimination, Xenophobia and Related Intolerance. That conference turned into a forum for anti-Israel, anti-Western and anti-Semitic hate. As executive director of U.N. Watch, the Geneva-based subsidiary of AJC, Neuer monitored preparations for Durban II and attended as an observer.
