n Feb. 1, Bea Malone celebrated
her 90th birthday in Wauchula,
Fla., at a dinner party given by
her husband, Mort. She was together with
her loving family and friends, Sandra and
Len Mege, daughter and son-in-law, of Oak
Park; grandchildren, Marc Mege of Ferndale
and Elisa Aiuto of Gilbert, Ariz.; Sandy
and Terry Berg, daughter and son-in-law,
of Allentown, Pa.; grandchildren, Kelly
Berg and Chris Berg, both of Allentown;
and friends Marcia and Les Weiner of N.
Lauderdale, Fla., and Royal Oak attended
the party, too. Several other friends joined
in the celebration.

obert Elias Eston of Farmington
Hills celebrated his 90th birthday
on Feb. 17. He sang profession-
ally for a number of years for synagogues in
the Detroit area. He spent 41 years working
for the Wayne County Circuit Court and at
one time earned the nickname the "Mayor
of Woodward Avenue." He celebrated his
birthday with his children, Marcia (Eston)
and Mike Lester, Amy Eston and Mickey
Roth; and his four grandchildren, Sophie
and Molly Lester and Phil and Sammy Roth.
Also participating in the celebration were his
niece and nephews, Cathy Shafran and Yigal
Alalouf, Debra and Dick Shafran and James Shafran.
