Color Play

Refresh your decorating palette with pops of vibrant color, says Gordon Andahl, public

relations manager for Z Gallerie. "Look for shades of apple green, punches of sunset

orange and pure white. Customers and designers alike are looking for a little whimsy

this season," he explains. Case in point: These Palmer stools can be used to bring

color to a room but also provide great utility as a side table or stool. $129.95 each.

The Perfect Pamper

"Stress is on the rise and people are realizing the benefits of massage," says

Angela Avigne, owner-operator of New Body Therapeutics in Northville. "You

sleep better and you feel better after a massage." In order to accommodate

the rise in demand, Avigne recently relocated and expanded her business, just

down the road from the original location. She now has a dozen masseuses

on hand. Special pricing of $50 for a one-hour massage will remain in place

throughout the year to allow individuals to treat themselves more often.
