DORIS BARAHAL TRON, 87, of

Oak Park, died March 16, 2009.
She is survived by her husband,
Samuel Tron; daughters and son-in-
law, Rebecca Tron of Walled Lake,
Geula and Dr. Stanford Rapp of
Bloomfield Hills; brother, Dr. George
Barahal of Southfield; sister and
brother-in-law, Pauline and William
Schwartz of Southfield; grand-
children, Nichole Rapp, Julianne
Rapp; sisters-in-law and brother-
in-law, Irene Barahal, Reva Barahal,
Roselyn Weinberg, Harmon and
Leah Tron; many loving nieces and
nephews.
Doris Barahal Tron was the dear
sister and sister-in-law of the late
Barney and the late Esther Barahal,
the late Sarah and the late Morris
Hurwitz, the late Edith Baker and
the late Boris Ash, the late Dr.
Hyman Barahal, the late Irene and
the late Dave Marks, the late Ann
and the late Dan Silverman, the late
Max Barahal, the late Rose and the
late George Palmer, the late Helen
Barahal, the late Molly and the late
Sol Klinger, the late Lillian and
the late Abe Bram, the late Harry
Weinberg, the late Frieda Barahal;
loving daughter of the late Rev.
Oscar and the late Pearl Barahal.

ELENA WEISS,

83, of San Diego,
Calif., died March
17, 2009. She was
a life member of
Hadassah.
Mrs. Weiss is
survived by her son,
Dr. George Weiss of San Diego; grand-
children, Danielle Weiss, Dylan Weiss;
many loving nieces and nephews.
She was the beloved wife of the
late Emerich Weiss.

BERNADINE
WEITZMAN, 94,

of Southfield, died
March 18, 2009.
She was a graduate
of the University
of Michigan and
an alumna of
Weitzman
Phi Sigma Sigma
Sorority. She was also a former
active member of Hadassah.
Mrs. Weitzman is survived by her
daughter and son-in-law, Sherrie
Weitzman and Frank LaMarra; lov-
ing nieces; nephews; devoted care-
givers, a brother; a sister.
She was the beloved wife of the
late Ned Weitzman.
Interment at B'nai Israel Memorial
Gardens. Contributions may be
