college graduates with a wide range
of cooking experiences — from their
time cooking together at Habonim's
Camp Tavor, where Max was the head
chef, to experiences in diners (Eli) and
upscale establishments (Max).
"We wrote this cookbook to help

idation that often comes with an over-
whelming ingredient list and pages of
instructions," Max said. "We wanted to
put all our knowledge in one place and
share it with a bigger audience."
Max lives in Ann Arbor, while Eli
lives in Los Angeles.
