Purim With Neighbors

R

abbi Hershel and Rochel
Zaklos held a Purim celebra-
tion and Megillah reading
March 10 at their home for members
of the local Jewish War Veterans
group. The Zakloses are neighbors
with Gerald Order and his wife, Shelly.
Order is commander of the local
JAW organization, and the Zakloses
thought a Purim celebration with JWV
members would be a nice way to cel-

ebrate the holiday
"It was wonderful and inspiring and
uplifting to share it with these special
people who actually fought for us, and
to see their pride as Jews," Rochel said.
"The feeling of everyone who was there
was one of unity, pride and thankful-
ness fto God for all the miracles."
Hosts and guests also enjoyed a
delicious meal and live music together
in celebration of the holiday.
