MOLLIE R. PERLSTEIN, 91, of
Austin, Texas, formerly of Detroit, died
Feb. 19, 2009.
She is survived by her sons and
daughters-in-law, Phillip and Susan
Perlstein of Southfield, Sidney and
Sandy Perlstein of Dallas, Arthur
Perlstein of Dallas; daughter, Barbara
Seilaff of Austin; grandchildren, Erik
Perlstein, Brian Perlstein, John Seilaff;
great-grandchildren, Alec Perlstein,
Manna Perlstein, Jonathan Seilaff.
Mrs. Perlstein was the beloved wife of
the late Samuel Perlstein. Contributions
may be made to Alzheimer's
Association, 20300 Civic Center Drive,
#100, Southfield, MI 48076. Services
and interment were held at Hebrew
Memorial Park. Arrangements by
Hebrew Memorial Chapel.

DAVID PILCHIK, 80, of West
Bloomfield, died Feb. 16, 2009.
He is survived by his brother and
sister-in-law, Hy and Louise Pilchik of
West Bloomfield; nieces, Marsha (Dr.
Jeffrey) Deitch, Ilene (Douglas) Kahan,
Hilary (Brian) Goodman, Risa (David)
Blau; also survived by many loving
great-nieces and nephews, other fam-
ily members and friends.
Interment was held at the Beth
El Memorial Park in Livonia.

American Cancer Society or to any
charity of one's choice. Arrangements

KENNETH W.
ROCKLIN, Ph.D.,
67, of Stony Creek-
Branford, Conn.,
died Feb. 4, 2009.
He is survived
by his beloved wife
of 39 years, Renee;
daughter Heather

(Carter Wilson) Rocklin of Portland,
Ore.; son, Joseph (Shira) Rocklin of
Toronto; granddaughter, Temima
Rocklin; and a grandson born Feb. 13
named Yehoshua Elchanon Rocklin.
Also survived by his brother, Sheldon
(Sharon) Rocklin of Farmington Hills
and many loving nieces, nephews and
cousins.
Burial was in New Haven, Conn.

BELLE RUDIN, 98, of New York, died
Feb. 20, 2009.
She is survived by her son and
daughter-in-law, Dr. Neil and Cheryl
Rudin of Sarasota, Fla.; grandchildren,
Joel and Debra Rudin, Marla and
Michael Gluck; great-grandchildren,
Zachary, Benjamin, Rachel, Jordan.
Mrs. Rudin was the beloved wife of
the late Sam Rudin.

interment were held at Machpelah
Cemetery in Ferndale. Arrangements

Irwin was the beloved husband of
the late Shirley Rott Shapiro and father
of the late Ronda Shapiro.

Shalom Memorial Park in Livonia.
