Answering
Israel's Critics

The Charge
In his new book, former U.S.
President Jimmy Carter says of
Hamas, "Even adversaries can one
day live together in peace. You've
got to talk to deal with Hamas." He
infers that Israel's opponents are
not terrorists.

The Answer

Carter does not confront Hamas'
commitment to terrorism and to
Israel's destruction, or recognize
the world's isolation of the Gaza
regime. Better he should use his
influence to try to get Hamas to
change.
