drinks, beer and wine. Pre-ceremony: noshes of dried island fruits

(nutsonline.com ) set on hi-top tables. Post-ceremony hors d'oeuvres: crab-stuffed

mushrooms, bacon-wrapped scallops, vegetable spring rolls, shrimp and crab

cakes. Island-themed dinner buffet: shrimp skewers with citrus salad, chicken
