She was born in Greenville, S.C., on March 13,1969, the Jervey-Page daughter of Darrell and Pat Jervey. She was a 1987 graduate of Christ Church Episcopal School, a 1991 honors graduate of the University of Massachusetts in social thought and political economy and earned her MSW in counseling from Michigan State University in 2007. She was the owner and founder of Gaitway Equine Therapy. She previously lived in Greenville, Royal Oak, Chicago and Charlevoix. Her special hobbies included horseback riding, the care and training of horses and gardening. She loved her family and her friends, all animals and chocolate cream pie. She was a champion of the less fortu- nate and a true friend to many. She wanted to make the world a better place and did so by being a part of it. Mrs. Jervey-Page was proudly independent in thought, word, and deed and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. RICHARD KRASNOW, 84, of West Bloomfield, died Jan. 18, 2009. He was born on July 29, 1924, in Detroit. His cause of death was complications from a brain hemorrhage suffered on Jan. 2, 2009. Mr. Krasnow was a veteran of World War II and a graduate of the University of Southern California. He worked as an industrial engineer for Chrysler Corporation, from which he retired in 1979. He remained an active member of the International Industrial Engineering Society. Mr. Krasnow was a volunteer for SCORE, a member of B'nai B'rith, a member of the Jewish Community Center and a member of Temple Beth El in Bloomfield Township.
