this Chanukah.

Chanukah is more than a holiday. It is an Eight day spiritual journey. The

soul of Chanukah is the story of light and the minute trace of oil that

burned for eight days. It celebrates the victory of light over darkness.

With every good deed and mitzvah each of us lights a candle that helps

illuminate our world.

Like the lights we ignite while lighting the Hanukkiah we are

reminded to radiate goodness and melt darkness away so the entire

world will be able to see G-dliness.

In our Jewish tradition may we all have our souls ignited this

Chanukah so our bodies will be mobilized to "light up the world" one

person at a time.
