IN LARGE PAN, ADD OLIVE OIL AND MINCED
GARLIC...TOAST UNTIL GOLDEN COLOR. ADD
ONIONS, ZUCCHINI, YELLOW SQUASH AND
OREGANO...COOK TIL TENDER THEN ADD
EGGPLANT AND TOMATO, COOK UNTIL MOST
OF THE JUICE IS GONE. COOL THIS MIXTURE
IN A SHALLOW PAN.

4 MINCED WHOLE CLOVES GARLIC
2 TSP OREGANO
I CAN DICED TOMATOES (DRAINED)
I DICED LARGE ONION
BALSAMIC VINEGAR

SEASON TUNA STEAK WITH SALT AND
PEPPER. SEAR IN HOT PAN OR GRILL TO
DESIRED TEMPERATURE.
SLICE TUNA THIN, DRESS WITH BALSAMIC
VINEGAR AND SERVE ATOP OR BESIDE THE
RATATOUILLE
