On Sunday, May 17, 2009, a brunch will be held at 11 a.m. with the Tikkun Olam Award presented at 12:15 p.m. at the Jewish Community Center in West Bloomfield. Those nominated must be at least 80 years old, a long-standing vol- unteer in the community, active and volunteering today, dedicated to maintaining strong Jewish values and is an inspiring leader or mentor in the community.
