Farmington Hills, died Nov. 12, 2008.
He is survived by his sister, Sybil

es and great-nephews, Ariella Pearlman,

Bloomfield, died Nov. 13, 2008.
He is survived by his daughter and
son-in-law, Maxine and Herbert Weinberg
of West Bloomfield; "Papa Cookie" to Jodi,
Todd, Adam and Jamie Denenberg, Stacey
Weinberg, Amy, Eric, Ryan, Samantha and
Bennett Grosinger; devoted caregivers,
Stas, Crystal and Tanya.
Mr. Block was the beloved husband
of the late Lenore Block; father of the
late Ilene Block; brother of the late
Saul, the late Albert, the late Alice and
the late Beatrice.
Interment at the Beth El Memorial
Park Cemetery in Livonia. Contributions
may be made to Hillel Day School or to a
charity of one's choice. Arrangements by
Doi finan Chapel.

DEBRA BRAUN, 55, of Oak Park, died
Nov. 12, 2008. She was a self-employed
computer technician.
Mrs. Braun is survived by her brother,
Lawrence Braun of Nevada; sister,
Pamela Braun of Birmingham.
She was the beloved daughter of the
late Bernice and the late Oscar Braun.
Interment at Adat Shalom Memorial

CAROL FIGELSKI,
89, of Southfield,
died Nov. 13, 2008.
She was a most
generous and loving
individual. Her sense
of humor was uplift-
ing. She always had
stories to share and a heart that would
reach out to everyone. She was ageless in
beauty and mind. She will be missed by
her family and friends; but she is now in
a better place with her husband, daughter
and son who have departed before her.
Mrs. Figelski is survived by her
daughter and son-in-law, Faye Lincoln
and Bill Coller of Salt Lake City, Utah;
loving cousins.
She was the beloved wife of the late
Simon Figelski; loving mother of the
late Betty Figelski.
