State University invites its most promising first-year
applicants and their parents to visit campus for a
day of interviews, presentations, tours and lunch.
Suggested submission deadline: Please ensure that
applications, transcripts and test scores are sent
by Dec. 15 to allow at least 30 days for processing

of grade-point average and test scores, some
students will receive increased scholarship
offers, up to and including four-year Presidential
Scholarships valued at $32,000. Scholars Day
students also will be considered for additional
private scholarship offers. Students who attend
Scholars Day are eligible to apply for admission
to the Irvin D. Reid Honors College.
