A teacher, admin- istrator, assistant Skelly principal and achievement specialist in the Detroit Public Schools, Mrs. Skelly was on the writer's committee of Greater Cities Schools. She was a lifetime member of Hadassah and the National Council of Jewish Women and was also active with the Sarasota Institute of Lifetime Learning in Florida. In addi- tion, she was the secretary for the Sarasota Jazz Club.
