Question: Do you have any
advice about using a cell phone and
staying safe while driving?
Answer: Many studies have
found talking on your cell phone
while driving contributes to a
distraction from the main task at
hand — driving. The results have
been so strong that many cities and
states across the U.S. are implement-
ing laws that mandate you use a
hands-free device while driving. To
stay safe and ticket free, visit any of
our locations today.
Question: I just bought a
new smart phone. How do I activate
my e-mail?
Answer: Most handsets have
a section on their Web site that
will provide you with step-bystep
instructions you can follow. If you
find them too confusing or just
want someone to help, Wireless Toyz
is knowledgeable about the majority
of handsets currently available.
Even if you did not buy the handset
from us, we want to help. Stop in
and see us today and we'll get your
e-mail activated.

Tea Bags
And Chocolate
Israeli victims of terror receive
feel-good kits from Detroit.

U
nique items placed
inside some special Rosh
Hashanah cards were both
understood and much appreciated
by the Israeli victims of terror who
received them.
The cards included a tea bag to
soothe anxiety, an Alka-Seltzer tablet
for stomach distress, a soup cube to
warm the soul, chocolate for comfort,
an eraser to remove pain and a die to
roll for a good luck wish.
"During our Sept. 7 pre-Rosh
Hashanah Candyland Fair at the Shul-
Chabad Lubavitch in West Bloomfield,
one of the activities was to make the
new year cards," said Itty Shemtov of
the Shul.
"The children and adults decorated
these cards with hearts filled with
prayer and good wishes for our breth-
ren in Israel."
Working together with Menachem
Kutner, director of activities with the
Chabad Terror Victims Project, a pro-
gram of Tzeirei Chabad in Israel, the
cards were designed, decorated and
mailed.
"A week later and halfway around
the world, our friends in Israel visited

be sent to Israel.
with victims of terror and brought
smiles to their faces with our cards
and well wishes:' Shemtov said. "One
does not need to describe the long
way a smile and caring word can go in
times of challenge'
Kutner sent his own letter back to
the Shul after the cards were received.
"On our visits to the injured, bereaved
families, widows and orphans, we dis-
tributed your cards:' he wrote.
"The families were very moved
by your empathy. The Shanah Tovah
cards warmed their hearts and
strengthened them greatly" 0
