Festival set for Friday-Sunday, Sept.
5-7, at Rochester Municipal Park in
Rochester.
Janet Schenk, whose range of pho-
tography also includes subjects from
nature and the military, will be among
more than 270 artists representing a
variety of media, including textiles,
wood, glass and jewelry.
"I hope that my viewers experience
a sense of wonder in nature, fond
memories of places already visited
or wishes for travel yet to come says
Schenk, whose interest in reality imag-
ery began in 2001 as a spin-off from
her interest in gardening.
Schenk, whose work can be seen
on the Web site greenjeansphoto.com ,
also will exhibit her work Sept. 13-
14 at Common Ground Sanctuary's
