A Capitol Idea
What better year than a presiden-
tial election year to see the musical
satire of the Capitol Steps, a group
begun by Senate staffers who
decided to poke fun at the people
and places that employed them?
Kadima of Southfield will feature
the group at its annual benefit at 7:30
p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 16, at the Max M.
Fisher Music Center in Detroit.
Kadima's honoree that evening is
longtime Kadima supporter Mary
Must, who recently purchased the
22nd Kadima home, which will be
called the Miya Jo Must House in
loving memory of her granddaugh-
ter and the daughter of Monni and
Joel Must. Mary Must is bookkeep-
er for the Must family business,
Dairy Fresh Foods Inc.
"Kadima is one of the finest
organizations in town and I am
proud to be associated with it," she
said.
An afterglow of refreshments will
follow the evening's performance.
The cost of a single ticket is $100. For
sponsorship information or to pur-
chase tickets, call Paula at (248) 559-
8235 ext. 122. All proceeds will allow
the nonprofit Kadima to continue to
provide comprehensive treatment
programs that assist people who suf-
fer from mental illness.
