Mr. Allen is survived by his
beloved wife, Barbara Allen; children,

and Joanne Allen of Keego Harbor,
Randee and Barry Feldman of Boca
Raton, Garry and Marlene Zeitlin
of Farmington Hills, Barry and Lisa
Zeitlin of Farmington Hills and
Marc Zeitlin of Miami, Fla.; sisters,
Zella Soble of Rochester, N.Y., Esther
Lederman of Boca Raton; grandchil-
dren, Seth Allen, Alan and Andrea
Goldsmith, Allen, Bryan, Caryn, David,

Interment at Machpelah Cemetery
in Ferndale. Contributions may be

NORMA AVRIN, 90, of Southfield,
died Aug. 27, 2008. She was a teacher.
Mrs. Avrin is survived by her sister,
Edith Wasserman of Birmingham;
brothers and sister-in-law, Sheldon
Kavieff of Farmington Hills, Dr. Robert
and Terri Kavieff of Nevada; nieces
and nephews.
She was the beloved wife of the late
Alexander Avrin; the loving sister of
the late Dr Melvin Kavieff; the dear
sister-in-law of the late Roz Kavieff.

Interment at Clover Hill Park
Cemetery. Contributions may be
made to a charity of one's choice.
Arrangements by Ira Kaufman Chapel.

IRA BOYKANSKY, 77, of West
Bloomfield, died Aug. 20, 2008.
He was a lifetime member of Young
Israel of Oak Park.
Mr. Boykansky is survived by his
brother and sister-in-law, Dr. Stanley
and Sandra Boykansky of Bloomfield
Hills; sister and brother-in-law, Elaine
and Dr. Jack Kaufman of Clarkston;

sister-in-law, Ron and Mitzi Brown of

and Wendy Brown of Chicago; grand-
children, David and Morgan Boyle.
She was the beloved wife of the
late Harry M. Brown; loving daughter
of the late Ida and the late Norman
Rubenstein.
