Joel Tacey, who gets bookings for festivals and parties, will perform with coins, cards and special props and then teach his skills to youngsters age 9 and older at the Grosse Pointe War Memorial, Grosse Pointe Farms. Magic will be the focus 1-3 p.m. Juggling finds its place 3-4 p.m. During the first session, there will be silly music, wacky stunts and off-the-wall comedy. Besides learning some of the basic tech- niques, students will get props to take home.
