RACHEL ESEROW, 93 of San Diego,
Calif., and Detroit, died July 2, 2008.
She had a sense of humor like no
one else. She led a remarkable life filled
with family, friends, travel and a 37-
year career as a social worker with the
Detroit Board of Education, a love for
life and the people around her.
Mrs. Eserow is survived by daugh-
ter son-in-law, Harriet and Arthur
Wiss; granddaughters, Traci (John)
Smallwood, Heather (Steve) Corless;
great-grandchildren, Mark and Claire;
many nieces, nephews, cousins and
friends who were all very special to her.
She was the wife of the late Sidney
Eserow; daughter of the late Minnie
and the late Benjamin Harnick; sister
of the late Dora, the late Bertha, the late
Ida, the late Nathan and the late Sam.
Services were held in Minneapolis.
Contributions may be made to a char-
ity of one's choice. Arrangements by
Hodroff-Epstein in Minneapolis.

HENRIETTA FRANK, 89, of
Livingston Township, N.J., died July 10,
2008.
She is survived by her sons and
daughters-in-law, Dr. Jeffrey and Sheila
Frank of Grand Rapids, David and
Karen Frank of Livingston Township,
Marc and Shelley Frank of Houston,
Texas; daughter and son-in-law,
Julie Gottlieb-Bernstein and David
Bernstein of Grand Rapids; grand-
children, Rachel Gottlieb Kalmowitz
and Carrey Kalmowitz, Joshua and
Caitlin Gottlieb, Katharine and Aaron
Whitsett, Melinda Frank, Amy and

Frank, Zacharia Frank, Jessie Frank,
Melanie Frank, Rebecca Frank; great-
grandchildren, Eitan Kalmowitz, Ezra

Mrs. Frank was the beloved wife of
the late Martin Frank.

EDWARD GLICK, 69, of West
Bloomfield, died June 30, 2008.
He was a pharmacist who worked
for Perry Drugs for 20 years before
owning and operating Warren Medical
Pharmacy in Warren from which he
retired seven years ago.
Mr. Glick is survived by his wife,
Lois Glick; son and daughter-in-law,

Eric and Jodi Glick; grandchildren, Ben
and Josh Glick; mother, Ellen Glick;
sisters and brothers-in-law, Marcia and
Ron Kay, Carol and Sheldon Klaiman;
brother and sister-in-law, Robert and
Sandi Glick.
He was the beloved son of the late
Maurice Glick.
Interment at Machpelah Cemetery.

HEAVENRICH,
98, of Huntington
Woods, died July 6,
2008.
He was a vice
president of sales
in the automotive
Heavenrich
division of Gulf and
Western. A member
of the Dartmouth Alumni Association,
he was also a member of the Detroit
Chapter of Phi Beta Kappa.
Mr. Heavenrich is survived by his
wife, Evalyn Heavenrich of Huntington
Woods; son, Richard Heavenrich of
Berkley; daughters and sons-in-law,
Jill and Michael Thomson of West
Bloomfield and Barbara and Donald
Neuman; grandchildren, Adam
and Amy Heavenrich, Benjamin,
Elizabeth and Hannah Heavenrich,
Jeffrey, David and Andrew Thomson,
Phillip and Hilda Neuman, Michael
and Nancy Neuman, Joel and Amy
Neuman and Laura Neuman; great-
grandchildren, Shira, Hillel, Dovid and
Yael Heavenrich, Missy, Josh and Elie

Jeremy and Isabel Neuman; sister-in-
law, Ann Heavenrich.
He was the beloved brother and
brother-in-law of the late Margaret
and the late Howard Kaichen, the late
John P. Heavenrich, the late Walter
Heavenrich, the late Richard, the late
Lenore and the late Sally Heavenrich.
Interment at Beth El Memorial Park
