andice Lazar and Dr. Aaron
Alper are pleased to announce
their engagement. Candice is the
daughter of Dr. Howard and Lucia Lazar of
Bloomfield Hills and the late Pamela Lazar.
Aaron is the son of Dr. Bernard and Candace
Alper of West Bloomfield.
Candice received her bachelor of arts from
Michigan State University and her master
of science from Walsh College in Oakland
County. Aaron earned his bachelor of sci-
ence at Syracuse University in New York
and his doctorate of medicine from Nova
Southeastern University in Florida.
An August wedding is planned at the Max M. Fisher Music Center in Detroit.

avid Kaplan and Denise Prevost
were recently married in Niagara
Falls, Canada.
Denise is the daughter of Jean Prevost of
Millington, Mich., and Dennis Prevost of
Pigeon, Mich.
David is the son of Cecile and Elliott
Kaplan of Livonia. Christine Ridley, sister
of the bride, was matron of honor. Robert
Kaplan, brother of the groom, was best man.
Denise and David were honored to have
her grandmother Rose Kaminsky at the
ceremony.

Saham-Graves

risten Graves and Jason Saham
were recently married in San
Francisco at a beautiful winery
atop a mountain overlooking all of San
Francisco Bay.
The proud parents of the bride are Mr.
and Mrs. Raymond Graves of San Jose, Calif.
The parents of the groom are Mr. and Mrs.
Arnold Saham of West Bloomfield.
The bother of the groom, Joshua, served
as an usher.
Following their honeymoon in Europe,
Kristen and Jason will reside in Santa Clara,
Calif.
