This film reaches the unavoidable conclusion that Western
and Israeli misunderstanding of Islam is leading to a
coming war with devastating consequences for the West,

Education in particular — working to
continually improve the Jewish learn-
ing experience for all the children of
Metro Detroit.

ZIONIST ORGANIZATION OF AMERICA
ixty businessmen and
women in Metro Detroit
gathered June 17 at the Shul-
Chabad Lubavitch in West Bloomfield
to pay tribute to their weekly "Friday
Boys- Yeshivah Bochurim!'
They were greeted by display boards
with information and pictures of all
the outreach they did throughout
the year. As they remembered the
Chanukah parade, matzah deliver-
ies and the weekly mitzvah with the
young rabbis, they mingled together
before enjoying dinner.
Businessman Morris Margulies
described his weekly anticipation of
the young men and displayed emotion
as he prepared to say goodbye to them.
Mendy Levertov represented the
bochurim. He explained how much the
boys also look forward to coming to
the offices to do a mitzvah and enjoy
the friendly conversations.
He explained about life in the
yeshivah, then introduced a video
that gave a comical but inspirational
view of the average Friday in the life
of a bochur.
The video, full of mitzvot and rush-
ing, raised the question: "Where does
this inspiration come from?"
It was explained that the
Lubavitcher Rebbe is their everlasting
light and inspiration in this time of
spiritual darkness. All in attendance
were encouraged to take up one
hachlotah or resolution to strengthen
their connection.
Following dessert, a large repre-
sentation of the businessmen spoke,
thanking the bochurim for their week-
ly commitment and wished them well
in all their future endeavors. ❑
