Sharon and Bill Wood of Chatsworth,
Calif. New great-grandmother Dorothy
Thal of Chatsworth is thrilled with the
twins, as is veteran great-grandmother
Jean Klaristenfeld of Southfield and
Pompano Beach, Fla. Sophie Violet is
named for her paternal great-grand-
mother Viola Klaristenfeld. Evan
Russell is named for Russell Thal,
his maternal great-grandfather, and

for Louis Harris (Yehuda Leib), his
paternal great-grandfather. The twins
are also the great-grandchildren of
the late Mildred Fox Harris and great-
great-grandchildren of Sophie and
David Fox, Fannie and Maurice Harris;
grandchildren of the late Bea Shulman
and the late William Klaristenfeld.

he celebrates his bar
mitzvah. He is the

son of Jacqueline Fox
and Frank Hoffman
and the brother of Jordana and Anna.
Jonah attends Warner Middle School
in Farmington Hills. Among his many
mitzvah projects, he felt it was very
meaningful to volunteer at Temple
Israel, helping at book fairs.
