I don't use the word job, because although it Is a responsibility, tt's also a pleasure, and to be honest, a lot of fun. Becoming involved In kid's lives and watching them grow and mature Involves tremendous gratification. Changing someone's appearance for the better and seeing his or her self-esteem increase, Is a true delight. In my office, we all try to go that extra mile, and not only make kid's feel comfortable with the environment we have created, but work constantly In boosting their sett worth and esteem. We want them to grow both physically and emotionally. It is an opportunity to influence others positively and make our community a better place.
