in New York City. Among the gradu-

M.Mus degree); S. Jeremy Yoskowitz
of West Bloomfield — the Rabbinical
School (rabbinic ordination and
M.Div. degree) and William Davidson
Graduate School of Jewish Education
MA); David Rosen of Detroit —
William Davidson Graduate School of
Jewish Education (MA).

Boy Scout Troop
364 chartered by
the Adat Shalom
Men's Club in
Farmington Hills,
has been elected
chief of the Ottawa
Chapter of the Order of the Arrow
of the Boy Scouts of America; it is
Scouting's national honor society.
Olender is also vice president of
Venturing Crew 18, chartered by the
Jewish War Veterans Department
of Michigan. He attends Detroit
Country Day School in Beverly
Hills.

School. The award is based on schol-

Professor Harvey Bronstein of
Southfield has been re-appointed
to both the Michigan Higher
Education Student Loan Authority
as well as the Michigan Higher
Education Student Assistance
Authority by Gov. Jennifer
Granholm for a term running until
May 2011. Bronstein continues to
serve as vice-chair of both authori-
ties. He has taught business admin-
istration at Oakland Community
College since 1968.

Adam Wright will begin his rab-
binical studies this July at Hebrew
Union College (Jerusalem). His
proud parents are Donna Wright of
West Bloomfield and Dr. Howard
Wright and Mindi Fynke of
Farmington Hills. Wright completed
a master's degree at Vanderbilt
University in Nashville with honors.
