Yendick 50th

ernice and Al Yendick recently
celebrated their 50th anniversary
with a party at the Peking House
restaurant in Royal Oak on June 1.
Helping them celebrate were their chil-
dren, Shelly and Arnie Podolsky and Debbie
and Geoff Silverman, and their grand-
children, Sarah and Jared Allyn, Erin and
Jeremy Walker, Kellie and Gabriel Podolsky,
Taylor Yendick, Darin and Jake Gross,
Danny Silverman. They were also sur-
rounded by many loving family members
and good friends.
A cruise to the Caribbean was taken in
December with their family.

ment of their daughter Andrea to Dr.
ohn Papadopoulos of Royal Oak, son of
Dimetrios and Cleo Papadopoulos of Troy.
Andrea, a graduate from Michigan State
University with a specialty in early child-
hood, is a kindergarten teacher in Pinckney.
John received his D.D.S. May 17 from
the University of Detroit Mercy School of
Dentistry. He will practice in Howell.
A summer wedding is planned.
