engagement of their daughter Faylyn
to Daniel Kaufman, son of Vicki and Barry
Kaufman of Chicago.
Faylyn is a graduate of Indiana University
in Bloomington and is the director of opera-
tions at Neapolitan, a boutique women's
clothing store.
Danny is a graduate of Tulane University
in New Orleans and holds a master's in
business administration from Vanderbilt
University in Nashville, Tenn. He is a direc-
tor at HFF, a real estate investment bank.
The couple is planning a September wedding in Chicago.

Michigan State University in East Lansing
and his juris doctor from the University of
Detroit Mercy. He is president and second-

Inc.

Hills, Mich., would like to announce
the engagement of their daughter, former
World Team ice-skating champion Eve
Chalom, to Hector Pefia, son of Hector and
Cynthia Pena of Corpus Christi, Texas.
Both Ms. Chalom and Mr. Petia are danc-
ers, working in New York City.
The wedding will be performed by the
bride's brother, Rabbi Adam Chalom of Kol
Hadash in Highland Park, Ill. Rabbi Chalom
is also dean of the International Institute for
Secular Humanistic Judaism in Farmington
Hills.
The wedding will take place on Sept. 13. The reception will be held at Lovett
Hall in Greenfield Village in Dearborn.
