DIANA LAPIDUZ HELMAN, 51, of Ann Arbor, died May 13, 2008. She was born and grew up in Rosario, Argentina, later moving to Israel as a young woman. She attended University of Haifa, eventu- ally earning a master of arts in fine arts education. There she married Yossi, whom she had met while still in high school in Argentina. Mrs. Helman's chief joy was her family. They were the center of her life and she the anchor that kept them safe. She was outstanding in her kindness and generosity. People never called when they needed help because she'd call them first, doing what it took to support and help. She always made it look easy. She had a zest for life, a sly sense of humor and a beautiful smile that will be forever missed. Mrs. Helman is survived by her husband, Dr. Joseph Heiman (Yossi); daughters, Sari, Abigail and Mikky; parents, Marcos and Teresa Lapiduz of Argentina; brother, Oscar Lapiduz of Israel. Contributions may be made in to the American Friends of Magen David Adorn, 3175 Commercial Ave., #101, Northbrook, IL 60062. Services and interment at Beth Israel Garden in Arborcrest in Ann Arbor. We're proud that people feel comfortable enough with us to openly tell us how much they appreciate what we did for them. In fact, it's this appreciation that drives us to offer the very best in comfort, compassion and service.
