engagement of their son Michael
Edward Schostak to Alexis Joy Gultanoff,
daughter of Jane and Barry Gultanoff of
Lafayette Hill, Pa.
Michael graduated from the Wharton
School at the University of Pennsylvania
in Philadelphia and received his mas-
ter of business administration from the
University of Michigan Business School. He
is chairman and chief executive officer of
DM3 Investments LLC in Troy.
Alexis graduated with honors from the
University of Pennsylvania and the Emory University School of Law in Atlanta.
She is a corporate associate at Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP in New York City.
A May wedding is planned at the Ritz-Carlton in Dearborn.

the engagement of their daughter
Jennifer Rose Baker to David Benjamin
Silver, the son of Debra Silver of West
Bloomfield and the late Joseph Silver.
David will soon be a graduate of the
University of Detroit Mercy Architecture
Program and is furthering his education
through pursuing his master's degree.
Jennifer will complete her degree in social
work from Madonna University in Livonia in
the spring of 2009.
After completing their degrees, the couple
plan an August wedding at Temple Israel, West Bloomfield.
