corporate headquarter locations. Our build-to-suit corporate facilities, office parks, hotels, and retail
centers have helped the city continue to prosper and grow over the past quarter century. Presently,
we're reinventing the Applegate Shopping Center on Northwestern Highway to act as a mixed-use
development adjacent to our new Hampton Inn and Suites. We're currently revitalizing Franklin
Center on Northwestern Highway to accommodate DMC Children's Hospital. We're also upgrading
the award-winning II Posto Ristorante at this location to include a new facade and outdoor patio
seating. Etkin looks forward to doing business in the City of Southfield for years to come.
