Youth At Work

Nine local AZA members volunteered their time for
J-Serve, the international community service day for
Jewish youth, held April 13. Members of Greenberg and
Marx AZA chapters helped fix up two Redford houses
for resale as part of a volunteer team organized by
Motor City Blight Busters, a nonprofit Detroit-based
organization. Greenberg AZA volunteers included Noah
Rozenberg, a junior from West Bloomfield; Neil Benchik,
a senior from Southfield; as well as Farmington Hills resi-
dents Jordan Correll, a freshman; Jeffrey Stoller, a senior;
and freshman, Ben Stollman.

Film Fame

On April 13, Quality Home Health Care Services of
Michigan invited guests to the Northwest Activities
Center in Detroit for a viewing of You Are Here, a
film written and directed by native Detroiter Tim
Jeffrey, which portrays the effects of Alzheimer's
disease on individuals and their families. Shown
are event emcee Cathy M. Garrett, Wayne County
clerk; filmmaker Tim Jeffiey, vice president of
the Jeffrey Porch; Rhonda Beauford, education
and training coordinator for the Alzheimer's
Association-Greater Michigan Chapter; and event
host Michael Gilliam, president and CEO of Quality
Home Health Care Services of Michigan.
