She went back to school and fin- ished a degree in library science when she was in her 50s. An active member of Hadassah, she was a 50-year mem- ber of Temple Emanu-El and was responsible for the development of the temple library. She was also an active writer of Braille. Mrs. Mann is survived by her daughter, Julie Kraus of Southfield; son and daughter-in-law, Stephen and Anita Mann of Huntington Woods; grandchildren, Keith and Dulce Mann, Donna and Mark Bauer; great- grandchildren, Allison and Tyler Mann, Morgan Bauer; sister, Ann Girard.
