Graub
West Bloomfield,
B'nai Israel Center.
He is the son of Cathy and Michael
and the brother of Erin and the late
Megan). Colton is the grandson of
Donald and Leah Lewis and Nessa and
the late Daniel Graub.
Colton is a student at Hillel Day
School of Metropolitan Detroit in
Farmington Hills. His most meaning-
ful mitzvah project was collecting and
donating books to the school library.

Jason Bradly
Markowitz will be
called to the Torah
and become a bar
mitzvah on Friday,
March 28, at Temple
Emanu-EI in Oak
Park. He is the son
Markowitz
of Gene and Kathy
Markowitz and the
older brother of Lexie. Sharing in the
celebration will be his grandmother
Irene Wozniak. Jason is also the grand-
son of the late and beloved Louis and
Claire Markowitz and the late Raymond
Wozniak.
Jason is a seventh-grade student at
Berkshire Middle School in Beverly
Hills. For his mitzvah project, he volun-
teered his time at Yad Ezra in Berkley.

Brandon Eric
Schwartz (Noah
Ra'anon), of
Mahwah, N.J., son of
Deborah Ann and
Marc David Schwartz,
will be called to
the Torah as a bar
mitzvah at Temple
Beth Haverim
Shir Shalom Mahwah on Saturday,
March 29. He is the brother of Monica,
Danielle, Michael and Jordan Schwartz.
His very proud grandparents are Baylah
Schwartz of Aventura, Fla., Brenda and
Robert Pangborn of Bingham Farms
and Donna and David Schwartz of
Bloomfield Hills. He is also the grand-
son of the late Albert Schwartz.
For one mitzvah project, Brandon
raised more than $3,000 for Autism
Speaks.

Emilee Paige Wander, daughter of
Howard and Debra Wander and sister
of Erica and Jacob, celebrated her bat
mitzvah on Saturday, March 22, at
B'nai Torah in Boca Raton, Fla. Her
proud grandparents are Robert and
Elaine Wander of Boynton Beach, Fla.,
and Abba and Regina Shapiro of West
Bloomfield.
Emilee attends Donna Klein Jewish
Academy in Boca Raton. Among her
mitzvah projects was promoting aware-
ness and raising funds for juvenile
diabetes.

Nev., will become
bar mitzvah at
Congregation Ner
Tamid in Henderson
on Saturday, March

29. Participating in
the ceremony will
be his parents, Shelly Weiner and Dr.
Ira Weiner. Proud grandparents are Dr.
Eugene and Gail Smoler of Farmington
Hills and Alan Weiner of Delray Beach,
Fla., formerly of Southfield. Josh is
also the grandson of the late Lorraine
Weiner and the great-grandson of the
late Joseph and the late Sarah Smoler;
Abraham and Hermine Nash, Herman
and Minnie Weiner and Etta and Irving
Falk.
Josh is a seventh-grade student at
Desert Torah Academy in Las Vegas. His
mitzvah project will be helping to raise
awareness and funds for CHAT-Concern
for Helping Animals in Israel.

West Bloomfield will
become bar mitzvah
at Congregation
Beth Ahm in West
Bloomfield on March
29. Participating in
Weinfeld
the services will be
his parents, Jeffrey
and Nancy Weinfeld, and his brother
Jordan. Proud grandparents Arthur and
Rita Weinfeld and Paul and Lorraine
Kales will also be participating in the
service.
Ethan is a student at Hillel Day
School of Metropolitan Detroit in
Farmington Hills. In honor of his bar
mitzvah, he is raising money to help
children in need of adoption receive
reconstructive surgery for cleft lips.
