MENU Hors d'ouevres included rack of lamb, mashed potato bar, Asian rice

station with toppings served in carry-out cartons with the bride and groom's

initials and chopsticks, sushi station, beef tenderloin, potato latkes with creme

fraiche and caviar. Entree: chicken with morel mushrooms. Dessert included

a sweet table, bananas Foster, cheesecake lollipops, mini hummers and milk-

shakes served in tall shot glasses on the dance floor.

weddings," says Larry Miller. "Our son got married in Cleveland, and our

daughter-in-law's parents heard him at a wedding they attended in Detroit

and loved. So we're three for three with him."

of Mauritius, off the coast of Madagascar, and then to Paris. "My husband

really did his research," says Joanna. "We wanted to go somewhere we

might never have the opportunity to go again, something extra special."

SPECIAL TOUCHES "Every time we've had a family occasion, we

always went to Greene's Hamburgers in Farmington Hills afterward," says

Joanna. "So we catered them in to Temple Israel, and passed them out at

midnight on silver platters."
