The 2007 Regional Convention brought together 403 AZA
and BBG members for an action-packed week December 24-
28 at the West Bloomfield JCC. "We're very happy that 59% of
Michigan Region's registered members came to the program
this year," said Arnie Weiner, BBYO's Senior Executive Director.
"This was the largest turnout in ten years."
AZA and BBG members competed in 31 events. Kishon AZA
and Dora Savage BBG earned the "Most Distinguished Chapter
Awards," while Hank Greenberg AZA and N'sheekot BBG won
Fisher AZA displays their first place banner during the first day of
Regional Convention at the JCC.
Ruach BBG faced off against Koach BBG in the first round of BBG
Quiz Bowl on Dec. 24 at RC.
Emunah BBG shouts out its first-place cheer at the Cheer Contest.
Kishon AZA took second place at the RC Talent Show.
